Our smokers run everyday, with small batches of all the favourites: St. Louis ribs, brisket, chicken, pulled pork and house-made sausages. Every spice blend, rub, mop and sauce is created here with a heap of love. Pull up a chair, slap on a napkin and pull out those wet naps you keep in your pocket for emergencies. Just kidding, we've got plenty on hand for you.
